I would like to share with you that I have been working with Mr Todd Oldfield who runs his own business (Trades For You Pty Ltd). Todd has been excellent in providing contractors and materials required to assist us as Strata Managers with our obligations to assist owners in providing much needed maintenance/repairs.
One of the jobs he did was an Insurance defect liability project for an unfinished development that went into administration. I can highly recommend Todds dedication in assisting us the Strata Managers in the project managing of this enormous insurance claim, Todd identified the defects, listed and quoted on them for the insurers. Todd was awarded the project and completed it while assisting the Strata Manager. The owners of this complex were also very appreciative of the completion of works required at this scheme.
